Terms and Conditions

1: Eligibility
The renter must be at least 18 years old.
A valid government-issued driving license for two-wheelers is mandatory.

2: Rental Duration & Return
The rental period begins at the time of handover and ends at the agreed return time.
Late returns will attract additional charges per hour/day.

3: Documents Required
Valid Driving License.
Government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, PAN, or Voter ID).

4: Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit must be paid before renting.
Deductions will apply in case of damages, traffic fines, or late returns.

5: Usage Restrictions
The bike must not be used for racing, stunt riding, illegal activities, or off-roading (unless permitted).
Only the renter is authorized to ride the bike unless approved by the company.

6: Responsibility for Damage
The renter is liable for any damage, theft, or loss of the bike during the rental period.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform the rental company.

7: Fuel Policy
Bikes are provided with fuel, and the renter must return them with the same fuel level.

8: Helmets & Safety
Wearing a helmet is compulsory. Two helmet will be provided with the bike.
The renter is responsible for following all traffic rules.

9: Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling charges may apply as per company policy.

10: Indemnity
The renter agrees to indemnify the company against any claims, damages, fines, or legal issues arising from misuse of the bike.
